Phelicia was sapringly shown as a puppy as her sister, Izzy, took the spotlight. She was a beautiful sweet and loving member of our family who always wanted to be sitting on your lap. In her limited career as a show dog Phelicia won numerous in class and in show awards. She only needed 15 points to her title, which we found out after placing her in a loving home on a farm with Maureen and her new best friend, Cooper.
